Audi's RS4 is a big boy's car. With a 4.2l V8 engine pushing 420 bhp @ 7800 rpm, this little beast has a wild side. The cheapest 2007 AUDI RS4 online is in the $32k + range for high mileage models. So is this Copart Audi worth it?

My high bid on this Audi will be $18k but realistically anything under $24k would turn a big profit. The current bid is at $12,500. What do you guys think? Would you rather pay more money for a higher mileage model with a clean title or a lower mileage model from copart which has been reconstructed? I love the fact that the backseat appears to have never been sat in. The leather looks amazing. My inspection came back clean so the car runs and drives great. This car for under $20k is a no brainer.

Been suffering from internal turmoil for a while now because if this car. It could turn out soooo well, or it could be sooo bad. I think you should buy it and tell me how it turns out, then sell it to me.

obviously it won't sell as high as a never touched car, but its not like you are trying to flip a rebuilt camry. Performance cars are a bit different.

Ha I will, I'm feeling confident I just hope I meet the reserve at under 18.

$20k is my threshold for reconstructed cars which is why Im hoping the reserve is below 20 or the seller is open to negotiating under 20. (if I win that is)

If the car is in tip top shape, absolutely.

A few things though...

1. They will very rarely make 420hp these days. Even with a carbon cleaning, stock RS4's tend to be around 380-390hp.

2. Carbon buildup is a huge issue. Do lots of forum reading. There is no way to elimate it, but there are ways to reduce it.

3. If it comes with the factory DRC suspension, it will inevitably leak. Just ditch it for some KW V2/V3 or Stasis Motorsport coilovers.
